Cut 切磨
“Cut” refers to the diamond's facet design and / or shape, or a mix of both. Apart from this, "cut" also refers to the proportion, i.e. size, symmetry, shape, the angle of cutting the diamond and the distribution of weight; whilst refinement means shape, polishing, and details of layout.鑽石的切磨意指刻面設計和形狀，又或綜合兩者。另外，切磨也指切磨比例，即大小、對稱、形狀、切割角度和重量分佈之間的關係，而修飾則是刻面形狀、磨光和佈局的細節。
