鄺美雲,JP，GIA研究寶石學家。二千年創立個人珠寶品牌，以生命、藝術、文化、愛意、傳承的理念發展珠寶事業。曾任多個大型珠寶設計比賽評判，包括二千年最受買家歡迎鑽石首飾設計比賽、環亞閃耀珠寶設計比賽、第十一屆和第十二屆香港珠寶展設計比賽等。榮獲2015大中華傑出設計大獎、2018年獲頒授香港珠寶製造業廠商會「第三屆香港珠寶業傑出成就獎」。
現任港區全國人大代表、香港理工大學大學院士、香港珠海社團總會會長、香港廣東社團總會常務副主席、香港義工聯盟常務副主席、香港友好協進會常務副主任、香港再出發大聯盟共同發起人、香港演藝界內地發展協進會執委會委員、珠海海外聯誼會榮譽會長、港珠澳大橋海關特約監督員、珠海市榮譽市民。
鄺美雲於一九八二年獲選為香港小姐亞軍及後成為歌手，先後出版超過四十多張暢銷國粵語專輯。致力以慈善福利社會，以教育培養人才，在內地援建五十七所鄺美雲希望學校，擔任南昌大學客座教授、香港理工大學基金永遠榮譽主席、香港理工大學鄺美雲社會心理健康勵學教授席捐贈人。出版著作包括：《美麗告白》、《雲觀世界》、《雲觀世界2》、《鑽石人生》、《如悅素食》、《雲觀大地》。
Cally Kwong Mei Wan, JP, GIA Graduate Gemologist
In 2000, Cally Kwong founded and launched her eponymous jewellery brand encapsulating the highest appreciation for life, art and heritage as her brand philosophy. She has frequently been invited to judge major jewellery design competitions, including the buyers’ favourite Diamond Jewellery Design Competition in 2000, Sparkling Jewellery Design Asia Competition, and The 11th and 12th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition. Ms Kwong was also awarded the 2015 Greater China Outstanding Design Award and the 3rd Hong Kong Jewellery Manufacturers Association Outstanding Achievement Award in 2018 .
Ms Kwong is currently a Hong Kong Deputy to the National People’s Congress; a University Fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University; President of Federation of Hong Kong Zhuhai Community; Executive Vice President of Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community; Executive Vice President of Hong Kong Volunteers Federation; Executive Deputy Director of Friends of Hong Kong Association; Co-founder of the Hong Kong Coalition; Member of Association for Betterment of Hong Kong's Entertainment Industry in Mainland China Executive Committee; Honorary Chairman of Zhuhai Overseas Association; Special Supervisor of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Customs; and an Honorary Citizen of Zhuhai City.
Ms Kwong was crowned Miss Hong Kong runner-up in 1982 and launched a successful singing career soon after, releasing more than 40 best-selling Cantonese and Putonghua albums. Fully committed to charitable causes and to nurture and train coming generations, Ms Kwong has established 57 Kwong Mei Wan Hope Schools in mainland China. She is also a Visiting Professor of Nanchang University, Honorary Life Chairman of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Foundation, and is the benefactor of the Cally Kwong Mei Wan Endowed Professorship in Psychosocial Health. Ms Kwong is also a prolific author with published works including Beautiful Affirmations, A World View, A World View 2, Diamond Life, Ruyue’s Vegetarian Life, and A View of the Great Earth.
